Helpmate Inc. is a 100% Filipino owned company established in 1966. It was registered at Securities and Exchange Commission on March 21, 1966 as a corporation engaged principally in janitorial and manpower services. Since then it has been in continuous and uninterrupted services.
Over the years, Helpmate Inc. has diversified its line of business and interest in the following areas:
- Delivery and messengerial services for banks, local and multi-national corporations;
- Janitorial and manpower services through its subsidiary, Helpmate Services, Inc.;
- Pest control services through its subsidiary, International Trade and Services Corporation (INTRADE);
- Supply of technical personnel to the Visayan Electric Company, Inc. through its subsidiary, Countrywide Telecom Inc.(CTI);
- Lending and Financing through its subsidiary HI-Trust Finance Corp; and
- Municipal Water System.
